i am not sure what i have. my life has been changed because of it...

I am not sure what my brain has come down with. This is all the information I can provide of how it changed me. Please diagnosis me.

Background:
Last fall, I was playing football when I got hit and landed on the back of my head.
I was dizzy for 30 minutes afterwards, I did not black out or faint.
I got sebborrhic dematisis shortly afterwards. I applied steroid shampoo to the back of my head for some time. I also used coal tar and such.

Symptoms:
It feels like the back of my brain is missing.
I now have a lack of focus. I cannot concentrate at all.
When I sit still, it feels like there is something heavy pushing against the back of my head.
When I type, I commit more typos.
I am more tired throughout the day.
I get angered more easily.
I tend to commit an action that I would not have before. I perform without thinking.

I will have to agree with rumpled's  answer (darn it) she has so many top answers lol. I was diagnosed with cushings disease caused by a pituitary tumor. This tumor was causing my adrenal glands to produce way too much cortisol (natural steroid) in my body. Some of your symptoms sound like it could be the Steroid shampoo. I am also wondering when you hurt your head, did you have an MRI done? Some head injuries can cause a change in a persons personality (anger, confusion, and eyesight problems). I recommend you talk to your primary Doctor about it just to ease your mind.

Are you still using the steroid shampoo? Steroids will absorb readily through the skin - in fact if you read the bottle, it says not to use it too often as you can develop steroid induced Cushing's.  Are you using the shampoo according to directions?

Have you seen a doctor for the other symptoms? Have you had a good exam, and regular blood tests?
