microadenoma with high prolactin levels and no symptoms

Hey so  after mri I was told I have a microadenoma and  my prolactin level is high.., so it’s sitting around 1100, I’ve had another blood test to see what it’s at now but I’m just curious as if it’s high normally symptoms for woman are breast milk pregnant or not pregnant low sex drive ect. But I haven’t had any of the symptoms caused by high levels I do have children and even when they were born I could produce enough milk for them just wondering if it’s common to have high levels but not enough milk to produce even when having a baby.
