What tests did they run and at what times, were you fasting (12 hours).
Your doctor is playing roulette with you to not have you on replacements. BTW - middle is not the best for most if not all hormones - some you want to be at the high end of the range, some low end, and well, a few middle - but you don't feel well - and you need to be treated.
Find a proper doctor, and get on the replacement that you need. It needs to be maybe things that they have not tested - growth hormone or vitamins or what... but you would not be feeling this way if you were on replacements. Heck, I am on most replacements and it is hard enough - off them, I would be totally non-functional.
You might ask for a saliva cortisol test. A saliva test is more sensitive to abnormalities than a blood test, I believe. My son's adrenal stress showed up on a saliva test at least one year before it was seen in a blood test. He was in pretty bad shape by then. Unfortunately, his doctor didn't act on the saliva results, as the test was done through a nutritionist, and not by him. (My son had a pituitary craniopharyngioma).
Everyone is a biochemical individual. What's "normal" for some can be abnormal for you. Your doctor should treat your symptoms, regardless of a "normal" blood result. Find another doctor if they won't treat your symptoms.
See if there is a neuro-endocrinologist in your area you could go to. Your symptoms should not be ignored, based on hormone tests alone.
