Disability and Chemo

I am currently in remission from breast  cancer I had lump removed in November 2005 and first Chemo on December 15th 2005 and had four rounds finished Feb 26 of 2006. I had 63 rounds of radiation finished in April 11,2006. I am currently taking Arimidex 1 mg. I am 56 and was born with cerebral palsy. (mild case lower legs only ) I am experencing lack of balance, severe joint pain and weakness. Has there been any research of the long term effects of chemo or the medication on persons with CP?  Thank you for any information

You might want to look at the side effects of the Arimidex.  I was unable to take either Tamoxifen or Arimidex because of the severity of bone/joint pain.  I also had some difficulty with balance whenever I stood up after being seated or lying down for any period of time.  There could be something else going on due to the CP, but it also could be the meds.  I will add that the incidence of having that severe of pain was very low...but did exist.
