There's nothing for you to be sorry about .... I thought perhaps that you had been put on the list to be scheduled for the biopsy since it's been a few days post recommendation. As a rule when the recommendation is made the wheels are put into motion to obtain a date. There is always a delay when it comes to all the various steps when something suspicious is found but it doesn't make that much difference in the outcome so don't worry about delays along the way. I'm not sure how the Medical Card works in your area so I would suggest that you call the agency and ask what and how much is covered in your particular circumstance. What it pays or doesn't pay DO NOT neglect having the procedure .... something can always be worked out with most institutions.   Relax a little now and take it one step at a time.     Take care .....

Sorry. I'm scared coz I'm single & my family is overseas. I'm unemployed & receiving  unemployment benefit. I got an HHC health card from the government diagnostic & treatment clinic with $20 co-pay. I am also worried that my HHC card wont pay the expenses since i am getting an unemployment every week. The pain is only on my right breast where the micrcals. I have an appt with my primary doctor on Jun 28th. I am worried again coz it might take a while to get a sked for biopsy since this is a govt clinic.
Thank you & God bless us all!!!

Pain is rarely associated with breast cancer .... NO, pain does NOT mean it's malignant, in fact it would tend to make one think benign. There are many reasons for breast pain and most women experience this at some time; so much of this can be related to hormone levels. May I suggest that you post to your previous posts and follow that thread so that those who answer have access to your complete information. By the way have you had your biopsy yet ???    Regards ....
