breast discharge

I have yellow fluid from both breast and pain on both breast I normally don't squeeze my breast sometime it come out on it'ts own. I had a mammogram and a sonogram done and the doctor said that it came out ok. But I have pain most of the time. Oh and my family doctor did say she felt a nodule on my right breast underneath the areola is. Please help me to understand why the test came back ok

Discharge from the breasts is not all that uncommon and can be due to various reasons. You may have dense breast tissue and this is why the nodule didn't show up on the tests. I would suggest you consult a Breast specialist ... perhaps additional testing is in order such as a Breast MRI which is valuable with dense breast tissue.    Regards ...
