Could it be breast cancer?

Hi,
So I just felt this pain in both my breasts. Its not exactly pain, but I feel it when I stretch my arms.It feels more like a pinched nerve but its just scaring me. I don't feel the pain all the time, just once or twice in a day. I have checked for lumps and found none, neither has the size,texture or color of my breast changed. I keep on looking for lumps which might be helping to increase the pain. Should I be concerned? Would be great if anyone could help me with this

pain isn't usually associated with breast cancer. (i did experience it with mine, but I had a 6cm tumor) and have been told repeatedly that it is highly unusual.  please call your doctor to get a mammogram.  ease your mind.  it will be worth it.  good luck!  and keep us updated
