please suggest an alternative treatment for fibroadenoma in breast

Please tell me about treatment other tham surgery and wher it is available. i am 23 yrs old.i have undergone a surgery
for fibroadenoma 6 yrs back..now again a lump is formed in the right breat and is increasing slowly. but
i cant undergo a surgery again.i dont want to.so please please tel me any alternative method for it.
science being developed so much and so fast i wonder why there is no other alternative for such a
sensitive part in a womens body.please give me detailed information about treatment other than surgery
please help me.please i need advice and information soon. i am from India.

I agree with japdip.  It is really important to take care of yourself.  The surgery is not that invasive and to really be sure it is a fibroadenoma they should biopsy it or remove it.  Like Japdip said, the doctor could choose to watch it but you stated it is growing so it would be a good idea to get it removed.  Your life is more important than being worried about surgery. If you have a good doctor, you will be in good hands.  This is what these people are trained to do.

I'm not sure why you think that you can't undergo another surgery to remove the Fibroadenoma; if and when surgery is recommended we really have no choice if we value our health. The only alternative treatment for Fibroadenoma is to just leave them alone which is often done; especially in younger women.  I truly think you should try to change your attitude regarding procedures that may be necessary in the future.    Regards .....
