What to do for scarring

I had a 2.5 centimeter Fibroadeoma removed in my right breast last week.My surgeon did a cosmetic closure
& the incision was around the areola.I still have the surgical tape on so dont how bad scarring will be.

Is there anything i can do or put on it so the scarring wont be as bad.

After the scar heals, yes. You can get silicone scar strips from CVS (their own brand) a whole lot cheaper than mederma and they work well. But your incision must be completely healed.
