am I over reacting. or is my fear valid

I noticed in july that I had a clear  nipple discharge.  (only when i squeeze a certain spot) I didnt go to the doctor, guess I was scared. well now its september and i noticed the clear discharge has turned into bloody liquid. I finnally went to doctor yesterday he did not find any lump, but he is sending me for a mamagram on monday. I dont know if im just freaking out or if i have a real concern here. is the fact that the clear fluid went to bloody a sign that this likely could be cancer? even tho I do not have a lump

when I had nipple discharge I went trough mammograms, ultrasound, galoctogram and they found nothing..I insisted it was blood..finally I went to my last doctor visit(breast cancer surgeon) and he finally found small papiloma under my nipple. and it happened to be ductal carcinoma invasive. I was very persistent..you know your body more than any one else..when all were telling me was not blood I kept saying yes it is I know my body..get a second opinion..check if they can do mri (was the only test that noticed my second cancer) I could say still blessed because both cancer were cought on time..good luck
