thank you for responding i had a ultra sound and it did not show a rupture they wrote asymmetry outside breast contour i have been told that u/s will not pick it up a mri will only be 90% accurate and just recently it has moved was at 4 oclock now its a 7/8 oclock and the implants are silocne gel

Ruptured breast implants can have varied presentations. The presentation can be as benign as just an asymmetry outside the breast contour, to as severe as inflammation, swelling, pain and infection of the surrounding breast tissues.
However, the best way to evaluate this is by having diagnostic imaging tests such as a breast ultrasound or an MRI. I would suggest that you have the breasts examined by a doctor as the presentation can really be diverse.
