hair loss after breast cancer

I finished chemo in April 2010 , hair came back on my legs and underarms. shaved as always and now the hair is taking almost a month to come back as stuble. Should I be concerned ? (not that I like the hair on my legs anyway) just worried about it. I do take tamoxifen 2o mg per day

I finished chemo (Taxotere, Carboplatin and Herceptin) March 3, 2010.  Still taking Herceptin, Zometa and Tamoxifen.  Leg, arm and underarm hair grew back enough to shave sometime in June-July.  (I wasn't checking that closely as I was following the progress of the hair on my head more avidly.)  B. C. (before chemo) I shaved every day if I wore a dress or sleeveless blouse.  Now it is about a week between shavings and it is still sparse growth.  Nothing to be worried about that I can tell, rejoice that you need not shave so often.

How is the hair on your head doing?  I have heard about thinning on a few ladies taking tamoxifen, but mine is growing back very evenly all over my head.  Congratulations on finishing chemo and moving forward!  I'm thinking of you.
