Hi,
Lumpiness is not the same as having a dominant lump. Lumpiness can be normal breast tissue which can be quite dense because of your young age. If you do breast self exams on a monthly basis, I think you will be able to tell when a dominant lump occurs versus the normal lumpiness.
If you feel a lump in your breast or a change in the lumpiness of your breasts, the first thing to do is to go to your doctor who will examine your breasts, show you the proper way to do BSE.and to proceed with some other tests if he/she deems it necessary.
Best wishes....
Thanks for that, that make sense thanks for responding and Ill keep an eye on it and see if anything changes. Thanks
You welcome dear,
I a sending you a link to show you how to properly do a BSE.Do this, one week after you start your menstruation.

Take care now....
It is also best to do your exam at the approximate same time every month, and after your period is over. Before menstruation lumps are common at your age from hormonal fluctuations and therefore you can best test for anything abnormal after your period. Kat
