I'm in my fourth week after surgery, which involved axillary lymph node removal of 11 lymph nodes. I have tightness in my chest area and heaviness as the day progresses, which could very well be normal. My biggest problem, aside from limited arm movement, which I'm doing exercises to correct, is several big blobs of skin under my arm, which I believe are probably scar tissue. I try to walk a couple of miles every day and my arm rubs against the "blobs," which is quite uncomfortable. My question is whether of not this is something others have experienced and whether the blobs will dissapate somewhat with time, and if not is this something that can be taken care of surgically that doesn't involve a lot of post-op recovery. Thank you
