should I be worried?

I had a mammogram that came back L breast 1 cm ill-defined nodular density..three stable benign appearing nodular densiies on the right side. No suspicious calcifications bilaterally. I go back for additional mammographic views and ultrasound (should include spot compression.)

It's impossible to say until you have the additional views and receive the final report from the Radiologist. The one "ill defined nodular density" may require a biopsy if it is still evident on the Compression views .  Regards ...
