there are well defined hypoechoi lesion of size 0.7 x 0.4 cm another of size 1.0 x 0.5 cm
seen in upper & inner quaderent of right breast.
Few subcentimeter size lymphnodes seen in right axilla.
No abnormal flow on color doppler study.
Left breat
glandular & fatty tissue reveals normal echopattern.
there are well defined round hypoechoi solid mass lesion of size 2.8 x 1.7 cm
seen in upper & outer and 0.7 x 0.4 cm in upper ,inner quaderent of left breast.
1.5 x 1.7 cm hypoechoi round lymphnodes seen in left axilla
No abnormal flow on color doppler study.
Impression :-
- multiple fibroademnomas with enlarged reactive left axillary lymphnodes as described above .
