50ish CT Scans 700ish+ xrays..what now?

Iv had a ton of CT Scans and Xrays as my question lists. Early 2000's I had a lot of anxiety from health issues, and i did not have insurance. My go to was the ER, a few times a week or more.
The procedure was usually the same..a CT and  few Xrays. I did this for almost 11 years. This is how I accumulated so many tests. I haven't had the same anxiety issues for years now, and for the most part my health issues are under control. My concern is obvious, and in cant find a doctor to give it a second thought.
I'm looking for advice on what to do now? If anything. Is there a doctor that looks into this sort of situation?

You already had the tests and cannot go back in time. From this point onward, just do tests that are clinically warranted.
