Can a physician please explain the following diagnostic imaging report?

Hello, can a doctor please translate the following diagnostic imaging report into basic English for me?  What exactly does it mean? Is it serious?

Thanks

The report (below) has been written word for word as typed on the report provided to the primary care physician
________________________

The liver appears inhomogeneous and there is a lobulated mass lesion measuring approximately 7 cm occupying most of the medial segment of the left lobe and appears extending towards the anterior segment of the right lobe.  This mass effect being exerted by this mass on the surrounding liver parenchyma.

There is also a lobulated liver cyst measuring approximately 4.5 cm noted on the lateral segment of the left lobe.

In the region of the portal hypatus and the head of the pancreas there is a 2 cm lymph node.

The pancreas itself appears normal without evidence of pancreatic duct dilatation.

The spleen is not enlarged.  Both the left and right kidney remain within normal limits and there is a 4 cm cyst noted at the lower pole of the right kidney.  No free fluid seen.

Conclusion:

Inhomogeneous hepatic echo texture with large mass lesion measuring approximately 7 cm noted and described above.  Possibility of malignancy either primary or secondary should be entertained.  If tissue diagnosis is required, biopsy under sonographic guidance can be obtained.

Might be a stupid question - How do I do that?  I seem to be posting duplicates.

Thanks
