Cervical Cancer

I had a Leap procedure done in 2005 to remove stage one of cervical cancer. I was tested every two to three months for a year and then went back to one a year when the tests came back as normal. The last few days I noticed a yellowish-green vaginal discharge. There is not really a smell and I do not have any pain. I was told that this could be a symptom of the cervical cancer being back again. Is that true? I do plan to see my doctor, but I can not get in right away.

Thank you for answering. I know it could be an infection. I was just wondering if it is true that cervical cancer could cause it. I do hate to wait for the doctor's appointment, but I can wait a week. If not I will go to the ER.

Yellowish/green discharge is usually a sign of an infection, but could be related to cc. Either way, you need to see a gyno because both conditions need treated. I know what it is like to need to be seen but told there is a wait.
