Do i have cancer? whats wrong with me

I just had my period that ended 10/27 or on the 28th and it was for 5 days. on saturday, i saw some light blood when i wiped after peeing. and its friday now and there is still some slight spotting. Mostly see the blood after i wipe, and some go to the panty liner. This happened last month too. But i don't remember if it was this long. Back in december i spotted for two weeks and i missed my period for that month. Ive only had received oral sex 3 times.  I have this one small bump near my vaginal opening on the labia minora and ive had it looked with a couple of doctors from the school's health center and a doctor or gyno at a planned parenthood. They said that it was not a wart. they did not do any test on it. please help. i am 18. I found the bump last summer but i dont know if it was there before or it appeared then. Is it hpv? and do i have cervical cancer? My period is irregular. sometimes its beginning or the end of the month. I overthink a lot and i weigh 97 and 5'2.
