Fibromatosis

I am 30 years old female a mother of 1, I had a lump on my forehead, We consulted a neurosurgeon he advised excision after 1-week on antibiotics. After the excision, the next step was a biopsy. Now my doctor says my biopsy report is not good. Can anyone advise anything on this

Clinical details : Swelling over left forehead since 4 months
Nature of specimen : Excision Biopsy - Left frontal scalp mass
Gross : Received multiple gray white / gray brown soft tissue bits at measures 2.5 x 2 x 0.5 cms.
Sections for histology : (Part embedded)

Microscopic Examination :
Sections shows multiple bits of lesion composed of short interlacing fascicles and bundle of spindle cells with mild anisonucleosis. Mitotic activity is occasional.

Impression : Suggestive of Fibromatosis.
Advised : IHC

Now the I have the IHC Report which says:

Clinical details : Swelling over left forehead - Fibromatosis

Marker Result Control
CD 34 Negative (+++) --
Beta-Catenin Focal Positive (+++) --
Impression : Immuno-histochemistry consistent with Fibromatosis

Antibodies used :
CD 34 : Ready to use Clone QBEN 10 (Dako)
Beta Catenin : Ready to use Clone -- (Dako)

Visualisation system used is Envision (HRP system)
