Im not sure if this is related, but yesterday afternoon all of a sudden i felt a strange feeling in my testicles for about 30 seconds - like they were a bit tender. Got out of my chair and went to the toilet, after that I was fine.
But the reason I am posting is because I have found a small lump near my right testicle. The lump is not on my testicle as such, it is quite difficult to describe. I've done a bit of research on the anatomy, and it seems that the lump is attached to the epididymis. It's quite strange to describe, but its like the small round lump is attached to a short piece of cord, which is attached to the epididymis. The lump is free to move around (attached to the 'cord') and quite difficult to find. Obviously, my main concern here is that I've got testicular cancer. I'm just wondering if anyone here knows if the above description is similar to testicular cancer, as I thought the lump had to be on the testicle. As well as that, is it worth going to the doctor over, or do I wait and see what happens?
