I have lots of symptoms of breast cancer, please help!

I am a 29 year old female. I have one child who is 2 and a half years old. I'm a single mother and have been in several near fatal car accidents since 1995. I suffer from severe chronic neck back and shoulder pain, and I take 4  7.5 mgs per day for pain. I have lumps physically present in both breasts. They change shape often and I never breast fed, yet I still lactate and it comes out clear and milky . I have had 2 ultrasounds, and one mammogram, but everything appeared to be normal. But I know there is something extremely wrong! I've been extremely fatigued, weak and I also smoke cigarettes. I used to be very physically active on a regular basis, but the past two months have been  too hard for me to even move, let alone actual exercise. I am so scared, Should I go to the emergency room or ask my doctor for a refferal to an oncologist? I have been doing  lots reading and I think an MRI, would be the way to detect something, becuse something is extremely wrong. How should I go about this. I have been so scaredPlease can someone let me know where to find a cancer doctor for medicaid. I need find out once and for all. pain is a warning is wrong. and nobody would be able to suffer these extreme pains everyday, unless it had just been undetected. I'm really scared, please help me, tell be what I should do. I thank yyou very much for listening and am patiently waiting for a response. A never asked anyone online about this, But at this point, I'm running out of options and am so terrified of the worst. Something is killing me in my breasts :(
Thank you.

PS: I have been recently lossing clumps of hair too.

Hi! I am 31 years old. I have 3 children.  All my pregnancies & deliveries were normal. I lost my left kidney when I was 8 months old due to measles. My youngest baby is almost 2 years old, and ever since I delivered him, my health has just not been right.  My biggest problem is that my breasts are CONSTANTLY sore. They are sore before my period, after my period, and any other time of the month.  On a few occasions, I got a 3 day break.  They really hurt to even touch. I am not pregnant and I am not taking any birth control or any kind of other hormone pills. I am not on any medication, nor have I been in the last year. I am constantly doing breast exams & nothing.  Do you know what could be causing this? Please help! Thanks!

Sorry about your situation. I have had similar symptoms, twelve years ago after i had my first child I started having problems. I lactated for eight years and never knew why until my ob did some blood work and mri and found out I had a prolactinoma pituitary tumor. I am always fatigued and i am losing my hair my endocrinologist said it was because my hormones are off balance. Next time you see your doctor have them do a test on prolactin levels and get a mri of your brain to see if there is a tumor present on or in your pituitary. Hope everything goes well. Good luck to you

Doesn't sound like this is an emergency, so the ER wouldn't get you what you want.

You won't find an oncologist to see you (regardless of medicaid or private insurance) without a primary care doctor diagnosing cancer first.

I'd keep trying to find a primary care doctor to help you first.
