Penis Cancer?
I have a small red lump on my penis, it doesn't hurt and it is visible both when erect and not erect. I'm not sexually active, i do not do drugs, and i'm 13... is there a possibility? I've had this lump for 1 week, if it hasn't gone within another 3 should i see someone about it?
