is this Cancer ?

Hi ,
I am 44 Years old ,uncircumcised ,since a month  i have seen such lump on the glans of my penis ,I have tried HC ointment 1% which is hydrocortisone but no use .I am smoker since 15 years so I am worried that might be early stage of cancer .Please i need your help
P.S there is no pain or any symptoms at all

Does it burn or itch?  How long have you had it?

There is a high probability this is a fungal issue since you aren't circumcised.

Please see a physician and get this sorted.

Thanks a lot for your prompt response ,in fact I haven't any sexual relation since about 6 month and all my sexual history is so safe
The second point regarding the color changes very recently The lump color somtimes turns to faint white color ,

It's really hard to say one way or another- but it does look like it needs to be checked out. Because the hydroctorisone hasn't worked it might need something stronger or a different drug (so like an antifugal). Hopefully it's nothing, but right now I think your best option is to see your dr and have it checked out. Make sure they are aware of your smoking, of any.. questionable sexual history if you have it (not meaning to suggest anything, but it's a possibility), any changes over the past month- has it grown, changed colored, etc.- Or if anything helped.
