Should i be alarmed of the consistent pain?!

I am 21 years old…C/C: After few weeks of minor surgery (open cholecystectomy), I had onset  or sudden surge of BP from 150/100mmHg to 240/200mmHg. The chest pain got even worst than before. Whole abdominal pain radiating to the back is unbearable, I had been experiencing spastic paralysis starting from the toes up to the upper extremities, I had some back pain, tingling of hands and toes and blurring of visions.
Medical Hx: I had my first minor surgery December 18, 2006 at PGH for open cholecystectomy. I only had three episode of spastic paralysis. It was when I was 7rys old, year 2005 and up to now 2007. I had been hypertensive after the surgery but I have been experiencing chest pain year of 2005. I also found out that I am diabetic and experiencing whole abdominal pain, back pain, weakness of toes and hands and chest pain. I had some nodules at my left breast and palpable nodules at the upper abdomen (right). I had hypertensive retinopathy diagnose july of 2007.

Thank you doctor. I had done it already. The latest that they had done was refer me to a Ob gyne and the Ob had examine me for pap smear and trans--vaginal ultrasound but she said it doesnt explain the nodules and pain of the abdomen. She siad it doesnt explain the spastic paralysis and the hypertension fluctuation. So far, i need to consent for the bipsy of the kidney and some blood work ups again.

Thank you very much!

Hi,
You need to consult your physician at the earliest. You need to get certain blood tests done. Also ask him to get a thyroid function test . Discuss all your symptoms in detail with your physician and get a complete clinical evaluation done. Goodluck.
