No, never had cancer; lots of my family members have. I am an Oncology nurse.
I have been battling some health issues in the last two years.
Again Thank you for responded...I had my petscan and my doctor called and said that everything looks ok...exact words :)...I am so happy whatever the lesion is in my lung it isnt cancer, just wanted to let you know and hopefully will help another if they read my post. I know it can be so scary. Im not sure if you are on the forum because you have beat cancer on if you are fighting it now, which ever reason god bless and I hope you are doing good :)
thanks for the response.....I guess you are right about the lymphoma I knew that going in....My grandmother had lymphoma and my grandfather died of lung cancer....just trying to keep my sanity while I wait for results....sometimes not knowing can be worse then having the facts....again thanks Barbara
A rare side effect of Cellcept is Lymphoma. Not to induce your panic but I would recommend having Lymphoma ruled out.
A lesion in the lung can be benign or malignant.
The PET scan will reveal more.
