seeking answers

Hi, i am 27 years old and i have noticed a swelling in my face it is not visible but it is a hard lump above my mouth and i can feel the sweeling under the tissues on the left side of my face around the nose and if i push my hand in the left nostril i can feel it at the base. I also discovered that hard swollen feeling in the roof of my mouth, exactly in the centre. It does not hurt at all but i am worried it may be oral cancer. i do not smoke and i drank occationally but  not for the past two years. i got in into a car accident about six weeks ago, where i sustained injuries to the left side of my forehead did not appear that anything was wrong with my face, was just wondering if it could be as a result of the accident. please anybody who might have an idea. thanks in advance.

It might be a cyst of the jaw (Like nasopalatine duct cyst)... if this is the case there is nothing to worry about, it is completely benign.
it can be removed surgically.
You need to make an x-ray for diagnostic purpose...

Take care and keep me posted
