How is mullerian adenocarcinoma staged?
chemotherapy with taxol and carbo for 6 rounds or antiestrogen since tumor is endometroid and ER. unable to resect without removing the bladder. therapy goal to shrink the tumor. is there any difference prognosis wise if you start with the hormonal therapy or chemo? can they be given at the same time. age is 76.
