Hi,
What are the symptoms present and what are the initial diagnostic tests done? Treatment options will depend on a variety of issues such as the the location, extent of the disease, symptoms as well as the results of other tests and overall health of patient. It is best that you discuss this with your attending physician for proper management. Surgery and chemotherapy ma be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.
