Hi Crystal!  This could also be an allergy to fleas.  Is she on any flea treatment?  And, another possibility is that this could be stress related.  Some kitties will go nuts licking themselves, if they feel stressed.  Has anything changed in your home?  I noticed that she wasn't always losing hair and bleeding.  So, is it possible that something's changed-like you got more pets, there's more noise in the home than usual, or are there more people in the home than usual?  Kitties are creatures of habit and don't deal well with any change to the point of totally stressing out over it.

Hope this has helped you!

PS-Hairballs are an easy fix!  You can either give her hairball remedy every other day or some vaseline jelly.  The hairball remedy can be found in pet stores.

I agree this is an ALLERGY to something in your home but most likely the food she is eating....if the ingredient is chicken switch to something else right now for starters...also are you positive there are no flea's has she been treated??
Has she seen a Vet??

I am suspecting allergies to SOMETHING: Food, cleaning products, toxins, plants, medication, or it could even be environmental. Has she been seen by a vet? What are you feeding her? Is she on any anti-flea treatment? Do you have plants at home? You will probably have to end up going straight to a specialist, a Dermatologist, but you’d need a referral from your vet most likely. What are the things that you've tried so far?
