Kitty with a krink in the neck?
The other day, Mrs. Poopy Penny Gwen had her head cocked to the side ALL night. It was funny but still frightening. She couldnt move her head back straight. What do you think it could be from. Now she sits in an unusual place, the bookshelve top. And hasnt pooped in the living room as usual....maybe she's crazy D:
I just saw your post and the 1st thing I checked was to see if you live in FL and you do. We had that happen to a cat of ours 30yrs ago. There are lizards here that cause paralysis in the neck. They are not the common chameleons that you see all day long. They are the skinks, I believe or the ones they call "glass lizards". When the cat bites into the lizard in play, a toxin is released that causes the neck to crick. It is permanent in most cases. I would check with the vet to be sure, but that sounds like what it is.

also feel about the neck area for abscesses (lumps). It's possible kitty has an infection that's causing discomfort. I'd look in her ears and mouth as well, see if everything's all right there.
we do not have much to go on here and this could be a number of things.
You could lay your kitty down on her haunches and run you hand along the spin feeling it gently between you thumb and forefinger and see if you can feel and discs or vertabrae out of order. She could have hit something head on and its crinked her neck.
I have also seen this in dehydrated cats have you tried the crunch test on the back of her neck to see if she is dehydrated. ( crab gently a hand full of hair and skin pull it up and twist it about 90 degrees to the left or right and let it go if it goes back very slowly she is dehydrated if it snaps back that is normal).
