Black spot on cats nose

Hi, my cat has this black raised spot on his nose, it started out with life a bruised spot, now it's kinda white and black raised on his nose, I touched it and it won't brush off. It's not pink underneath, it's not going away. Plz help

I agree with CML2024. The only way to know for sure is to take your

Hi ! Are you?...a school bus driver.....boy I give  you so much credit. I would have a nervous breakdown, LOL!

Maybe Jade is right with the skin cancer. Either way your kit needs to be seen by a Vet. That is the only way to know for sure. Let us know what he says, k?

Hello and welcome...

Are you able to post a pic?  Is your kitty predominantly white?  Is his nose white or light in color?  If so, this sounds like a type of skin cancer called Squamous Cell Carcinoma.  That is how it began on my kitty.  Looking like a bruised or dirty spot.  Please don't panic though as this is only a guess.  

How long did you notice this spot before it scabbed over?
