My cat is massively pregnant cats butt is swollen and red is this normal
She os very close to giving birth and can't clean her self properly. She is still ratting and drinking a lot and doesn't seem to be bothered by it but it is starting to worry me.
If you are concerned, put some baby oil on a cotton ball and dab her bottom, or press her behind with a "cold compress" of a cool, wet paper towel. Poor girl, she'll be relieved of that burden when she has those babies.
