My cat has a front paw injury, help!

Okay, about a week ago, i came home from school early cause I felt sick, and saw my cats paw was badly swollen and on the front door steep there was a hard poo and hunks of fur everywhere, so it looks as if she was in a fight with something. We looked on the Internet to see what to do and it said to soak her foot in Epsom salts three times a day. Now you can see that only her first toe is swollen, it looks as if a claw has been ripped out and it keeps bleeding in between her toe, what do I do I don't even know if it's getting better or worse, advice? Any house hole remedies to try?
