Ear scabbing almost 3-4 weeks
My cat is healthy. Got into a fight with another feline. I've maintained the collar but it still hasn't healed. Any thoughts why ?

An infection has probably set in. Wound may need to be drained and your kit will need antibiotics. He must see the Vet Today!!
This is serious and he is probably in a great deal of pain.
Good effort to help him, but beyond your expertise now.
