Runny eyes, sniffles, sneeze and cough - a lot of licking!!

My cat has had been suffering from what we initially thought was cat flu since August 2012. She has been treated consistently with antibiotics through out, as there is generally only a weeks break after completing the tablets before she starts to display the symptoms again. I have just booked her into have x-rays to try to help us understand (£400). Before these x-rays, I have spent approx £1000 on vert trips and tablets... so it's getting beyond a joke!

I notice that she licks her feet and grooms a lot. She is a domestic long hair but she licks and licks until areas are saturated. She has never licked bald patches though (as I have read in some other posts on this site).

Any suggestions are appreciated before I go broke! ...she is a beautiful little soul, so I can't stand to see her suffer.

hi and welcome. this is a very common problem with cats, and the most important thing you can do is support the immune system so they are able to fight it off themselves. I will give you a link to a posting I just made recently on the same subject, I see you are in the UK, don't know if iherb will ship to the UK? but I do know they do ship internationally b/c I get mine shipped here to Canada, if not that try and find the same products even if its a different brands, as long as they are pure without additives such as sugar, salt, soy, yeast, preservatives etc....you can buy at a human health/vitamin shop.
