Weak Kitten-Need Help

Okay. I have been taking care of one of my cat's kittens for almost 2 weeks. At first she seemed dehydrated to I gave her pedialyte and she perked right up. She eats, drinks, pees, and poops but has liquidy poop now.. My step-mom gave her liquid worm medicine, but I am scared, she is weak again.. and I don't know why. She is inside and she is starting to eat a little bit of soft food but I still give her kitten formula because she doesn't eat alot of it. She will be 5 weeks tomorrow I have been taking care of her since she was 3 weeks and she was doing fine and then all of a sudden she seems weak again.

She needs to see the vet. It might be a parasite or some sort of digestive problem.

hi this kitten is too young to be given worm medicine...she needs to be still nursing off her mommy, you can give her a very tiny bit of kitten food, but the change to her diet and the worm med is probably whats causing the liquidy poop. can she be put back with mama cat again?
