my Bengel licking off hair

my Bengal started licking her hair off her tummy  when she got spayed as a kitten she is now 3 yrs old. She eats well plays well loves to snuggle. she got a new companion another Bengal  when we lost  our Abyisiaian a few yrs ago to cancer. They get along great...... she is still licking she  litterially  has no hair  from her privates  to   the top of her belly where she can reach  with her tongue. She never likes her belly rubbed either. I was wanting to  put some oil or  some nasty tasting thing on her to keep her  from licking  / Any ideas!!!!!

excessive licking can also be caused by allergies...usually to something in the environment. what kind of litter do you use? be sure its a scent free type.

what do you use to clean your floors with? most cleaners are full of chemicals, try just vinegar.

do you use household scents such as candles, room freshners, scented dryer sheets, perfumes, cigarrette smoke in the house?....anything with a scent to it...a human as well as a cat can become very sensitive to many things...try eliminating everything that you can.
