Chiari Specialist in Southern California

i am trying to find a Dr in southern Californiathat will see a new patient. i was recently diagnosed with Chiari 1 malformation and have exausted all avenues of locating a specialist. (preferably one in: LA, the vall, fontana, beverly hills, northridge burbank) can anyone help me please?

I live in San Diego and I have met with Dr. Won at Kaiser in Fontana once, I am seeing him again on the 23rd for my pre-op for the PFD surgery which I am having on the 29th.  Dr. Won is super nice, I have only actually spent an hour with him, but he was my 2nd opinion doctor and I like him enough to have him to my surgery...

If you don't have Kaiser, his nurse did say that people with other insurance have traveled to see him.  He is a peadtrics dr. but will operate and see adults, I am 26.

thank you so much. i didn't know there were so many poeple with this problem. I am Jennifer and 29 years only and thought i was suffering from migraines since i was 4 years old. i have lost jobs for sluring my speech giving the employer the idea i drank, which i don't. i greatful for anythig anyone can tell me about a solution to this sentence.

Hi...we have a chiari specialist thread.....I will PM a list to ur profile page...please research all drs and be sure they r chiari specialists...I only know that they r NS.
