Chiari neurosurgeon in Western Canada

I was diagnosed in 2009 with Chiari and was seeing Dr Hamilton/Dr Urbaneja at Calgary Foothills. My last MRI was 2011. The recommended treatment was to follow the symptoms. Last year I called for a follow up as it was 10 years and wondering if my symptoms were worsening. Was told they wouldn’t need to see me unless I had neuropathy to the extent of burning my hands and not being able to feel it. Looking for someone that I can trust.
