thanks everyone---- I finally remembered to post some photos LOL sorry it took so long
pain a bit better....slept like all day today (unsual)...hope this all gets better soon..but on the best side-its not as it was before!! so in its own right its progress! ;)

i kinda celebrated all weekend..lol...saturday we went on a road trip to Iowa (bit more then a 6 hr drive) i wanted to see what is called FREEDOM ROCK - its a bolder a kid started painting in IOWA that sat along the road side in honor of the military- the VW(i think) seen it and has asked him to do a new painting every yr.. Anyway I wanted to see this ROCK! ( yes it is litterally a rock,sitting aside of a basically dirt road) the guy does a wonderful job...then while we were there We met up with a friend and Had dinner at their place, and her one daughter made me a cake (how sweet),... I have to say i was a bit apprehensive to this trip but at the same time looking fwd to it....armed with my pain meds a few pillows and a soft brace (JIC) about 3/4 way there my neck started hurting...(took my 2nd pain med) then get to my friends house and felt OK but knew if it werent for the meds i would be feeling awful....Anyway spent about 4 hrs with friend and her family and we were back on the road, Hubby didnt really want to drive all the way home but didnt feel comfortable staying over somewhere being i was already having issues Continuing on our way we drive right behind a few tornados (no we didnt see any-just the after math) pouring rain and lighting (Ugh i hate lightening esp the when it kinda is like a strobe light-- that didnt do me good) i was really tense and my neck and head started hurting more- so i took another pain med (#3 of the day) felt the pain starting to go down my neck and back so being we werent far from home i waited til we got home then took #4 and went to bed----woke up this morning, with a headache- I was hoping it wouldnt go beyond a headache but as the day continued on iam afraid it did neck and shoulder hurt once again :( now i am hoping it doesnt continue on (like it did b4) ...time will tell...........
but we did have a nice time with my friend and her family-and even seeing the Rock- my 10 yr old said when we got there " Is that it?" i said yes, and he said Oh, I was expecting a mountain...LOL
