I forgot my own PFD anniversary

1 year!
I still have nausea, dizziness, & swallowing difficulty--rarely!  Head pain kind of slowly accumulates, but since I detected that pattern, I can "head it off", lol.

I am doing very well, considering all the non-Chiari things I have endured, as well as my age.  I have even been shoveling mulch.

Best wishes, everyone!

Happy Zipperversary,

Mine is in a few weeks.  Some of mine have gone away but some are there just every now and then.  The tingling is going to stay I believe.  But congrats is owed.

  Happy Zipperversary !!!

I am not surprised u r still having issues as I did and I was not shoveling mulch !!!

U will see improvements as the yrs pass....and it took me a few as more symptoms subsided.

Hang in there and stop doing some of the stuff u r doing and let ur body heal <3
