Does anybody hiccup only once after first drink of soda?

Even my younger brother (who is an RN) noticed this about me, which I've done it for so long, I didn't think much about it until I read the really long list of symptoms on another website. (Chiarione.org I believe)

Are there any Chiari symptoms list  that most or some Chiari specialists usually go by or agree with? I know there can be so many symptoms, I just wonder what, if any, are agreed upon by true Chiari drs...

Yay, it's not just me :-)

&  yes, just one really good strong hiccup....how weird & I wonder why, I wonder that about ALOT of our symptoms...

it doesn't hinder my craving for anything bubbly, just always get a funny look, I'm used to it though...

I do, and have since I was young.

First sip of anything carbonated and I have a painful hiccup.

You'd think it'd make me stop.  It hasn't.  lol.

I love my diet root beer and my regular beer.
