How hard is it to get an appt. W/Dr. Rosner?

Hello again! I'm just curious how hard it us to see Dr. Rosner? I have heard and read sooo many great things about him, that I would, like his opinion on my case. Im in michigan, and would travel of course. I have had three opininions so far, and am not getting the runaround.(2 of the 3 say I need surgery and wouldnt wait, the third said I could defer for awhile if I wanted) But just feel I want another opinion

Anyhow, I have chiari 1, with a syrinx (mri photo in my photos) im for the most part unsymptomatic...headaches are controlled and slight tingling in my arms. I'm also hyper reflexive (according to ns)
I just can't convince myself, that I should have the surgery when I feel good now! Even though ive heard syrinx will get worse..so im hoping seeing Rosner will set me straight one way or another?!
sigh, sorry to ramble, this decision has been eating at me since dec!
