As Linnie suggested walking is a great exercise....if u r like me and can only walk so far, do a little each time....or try a recumbent bike....
I know for myself I love to walk. Ecspecially if it is a nice day outside. Or a treadmill or a standstill bike. Just being outside is therapy for me. I know Selma has a tread on here for exercises so try looking that up. Wishing you the best
