Stress, worry, HA's?

It's been two yrs since my surgery and I have noticed big time lately that when I worry or I am stressed of trying to help others I get HA's.  I have to lay down at least an hour a day due to this.  Has anyone else notice this?  I'm accepting it, but it sure is flustrating. Thanks everyone.  Hope your having a worry free day.

I think women live longer because we *see* the work that needs to be done, and force ourselves to do it.

I'm currently annoyed at the DH because, even though I left a note of daily housework--, including unloading & loading the DW-- I neglected to write "run the dishwasher", so it didn't get done.  Oh c'mon!  I did this every day, no matter how sick I felt. He's going to be on litterbox patrol a lot longer than he suspects, lol.

I have to laugh because when I go down stairs to do the laundry my DH will ask me when I return. "What were you doing down there so long"?  I tell him. "talking to your laundry fairy".  LOL....He does tell everyone at work we have one.  He tell's them "I throw my clothes down stairs at night and in the morning they are up stairs folded".  I really am beginning to think  he thinks one is down there. LOL....thought we all needed a laugh.

I was told years ago by a TCM dr (who of course couldn't Dx, but who knew something was wrong) to lie down every 2 hr for 15 min.  Maybe if you try that, if possible, you won't have to lie down so long at once.  But having a rest daily sounds luxurious, doesn't it?  :)
I would've give anything to have that when I was a single mom of 2 teenagers, working full time & going to grad school!

Thank you to every one.  Just hope some of my worries for others will go away.  Do any of you notice you have to lay down during the day.  It is beginning to be a ritual every day here.  I lay down for 1 to 2 hrs a day otherwise I can't function?   Thanks for your response.

I noticed that before surgery, but i don't really expect that sensitivity to change.  I actually had not one, but two, lengthy "hand holding" conversations today, which was a lot for 1 wk post op!  I had to make a tough choice too, adding to the stress, cutting off the friend in favor of the stranger facing surgery tomorrow.
It feels good to give back, but we have to take care of ourselves first.  Otherwise we have nothing of ourselves to give.

Hi Linda, yup, I get them too, had a bad one yesterday....and I did a lot over the weekend, it was a little stressful to deal with getting everything done and keep it a surprise from my DH...lol....but I had fun : )

But yes stress still brings on HA's for me...very frustrating indeed.
