Actually it was my feet I had the most issues with and had surgery for tarsal tunnel (which I later found I did not have) as a result of the pain I had with my feet.I used to carry xtra shoes with me, until I could no longer carry them as they were too heavy...and I bought all types of gel pads for in my shoes even pads used for dance....nething and everything I tried...this type of shoe that type....sigh
The fact ur herniation is 8mm on each side , yet u have more facial numbness with positional changes leads me to think mayb u have a retroflexed odontoid as well.
We have talked before about my hernination its 8mm on the left and right side. I also have horrible pain in my right heel. to the point I can't hardly walk on it? Just curious if you have heard anyone having trouble with their feet with Chairi?
All makes sense too, as u move ur head into different positions it can affect the obstruction...as the herniation may be larger on one side over the other, so the larger side of herniation can block up when u bend ur neck causing less CSF to be able to flow.
This can also pinch nerves on that side as well.....causing the droopy eyes and mouth so many of us have to deal with,
It seems to happen more in a certain position than others. Like if I bow my head down too much or get stressed. Some times the neck spasms are so bad and my mouth draws to one side.
Yes....it is no wonder....the brain stem is where ALL nerves run, and all the signals of how we function...and with a disruption from an obstruction of CSF flow can cause the signals to not get thru......
Facial and neck spasms r not uncommon with us chiarians.
