I am a happy camper, I got the section back of the quilt I am working on, which means I can again get back to work on it...it is a signature quilt and a section was left at my MIL's to get a few MIA signatures....
Now on to adding a few embellishments and then the connection of the rows will begin....sigh.... : )
We are experiencing some beautiful weather here at the moment. It helps both physically & emotionally. My symptoms are not so bad when the sun is out. No scientific evidence to support this but I know many others feel the same.
I am grateful for my friends on here :) .
So grateful for my friends here as well....and I agree, sunshine can help us feel happier then clouds...and rain....plus the rain brings a different barometric pressure that seems to affect many of us...
Yes I noticed that about barometric pressure and how it causes changes....
Unfortunately I also have issues with the colder temps...lol....oh well....
We need to fin a tropical island and move there, we can call it Chiari Island.....:D
Sounds nice....Chiari Island...feel like I am on it already....lmao...
I was really hoping members would participate in the daily threads.....I am sure we all can find one thing this week to be happy about.
I just got home from the ED - I took my son because he was at football practice and he got a pretty bad concussion.
The twinkle in my eye was....NO brain bleed on the CT...yay!
He will be okay, and that makes my heart happy.
Thank you for your positive energy!!!
To be able to play with the Grand baby instead of being in a wheelchair and being able to live life again on two instead of four wheels.
YAY !! for you both...AngleRN so glad your DS is ok....football can be a scary sport....
Yay Frankie so happy for you as well....you've come a long way...and I am looking forward to grandbabbies...one day...lol...
My son is on the lower functioning end of the autistic spectrum; however, his wisdom goes beyond medical diagnosis
One day, I felt a lot of head pain. When the school bus came and my son got off, he was not smiling as he usually does (he loves to watch "Curious George", which he is excited for every afternoon). Instead, he took my hand and led me inside to the sofa. He said, "mama down" as he gently made me sit. He motioned for me to lie down, like he knew I was not well. "No George," he said. Instead he sat beside me, smoothing my hair down and said "Mama need to rest." My heart grew bigger that day.
What a lovely story.....that is a treasure for sure....
@ ALL sorry I forgot to post this in time for adding this week's treasures , but feel free to do so on Wednesday....
I missed Tuesday Treasures.
My son has the most amazing belly laugh EVER. Its so awesome. He is so shy and timid though we don't hear it often.
Our weather is very beautiful today. The fields have been cut so our allergy symptoms are decreasing a little. Yay!
And, my daughter cleaned her room yesterday. On the other hand - she made a bunch of paper monkeys and hung them around the house getting ready for her sleep over she is having Friday.
I appologize, I was not on the ball...lol...I am trying to keep up with the daily threads....
Aww I love to hear a Child laugh.....
Monkey's ...my DD loves them too...I am sure they will have a great time with the sleep over.
Hi all my treasure this week was some time spent with my DD's puppy....she offers unconditional love and makes me smile no matter what....<3
The ever so faint signs of fall slowly making her way into town....and the new discovery of salted caramel pumpkin pie concrete custard from Culaver's....oi vey! Good thing this place is FAAAAAR from my house - I'd be the size of my house if it was closer! HaPpY HaPpY FALL YA"LL!
Ah yes, that too....love the smell of the wet leaves and PUMPKIN flavors everywhere...lol...

A dear and thoughtful husband like you have is all the support, strength, and courage we need to press on and to be supportive to others. I have been married to my sweet and sensitive husband for 25 years (on 9/23), and the marriage and the little boy that came from it are my most cherished treasures.
Agreed....I am married 35 yrs....having the support of our spouse and children is all we can ask for...but it is support of others that can take it one step higher....
Like everyone here...lol....thanks....
Everyone here at MedHelp is so grateful for all the support you give to each other every day. We want to take a minute to say "THANK YOU" to each and every one of you, for making a difference in the lives of so many.
Best in Health,
Cheryl
