The flu

Good lord, Chiari + the flu = misery.  Just doesn't seem fair, does it.  Ive been a bigger baby about this than having my skull opened up.

Do I treat the Chiari, do I treat the flu, do I treat both--and will I still have a functioning liver?

Thanks.
I think I need something stronger for the cough, although I dread trying to explain to my pcp why.  And why 99+ is a fever for me.

Apparently these molehills become mountains w/Chiari.

I hope you feel better too, Linda.

Reminder of a funny story.  I used to work in a school and a teacher shared this with me.  She was a teacher for special needs.
Child:  "Teacher I don't feel well".
Teacher: "Well if you don't feel well, you should stay home tomorrow because there is a bug going around".
Child: "Is that what it is.  That bug has been flying around my desk all day?"    LOL......Had to share.  Funniest story of my days at school.

I know the feeling.  For the past 2 days I have had a bug in my belly and I'm fighting it.  I hate getting sick.  It reminds me of my recovery of surgery. Yuck.   Hope you feel better.
Linda :)
